There were times I spent hours researching a trip only to forget to actually book a reservation and not figure it out until I showed up at my destination. I have underestimated the time it would take to get somewhere only to show up after it closed. I didn’t research the right details. But because of these mistakes I am now very efficient at research and diligent about details.

Now I ask better questions!

For my road trip clients, I check road conditions to the best of my ability.  After driving on a road actually called, “Oh My God Road” in Colorado,  I learned sometimes the GPS lies about what route you should take so, I look into those things as well!

And for my luxury travelers, I look at the weather at time of travel,  time changes, is there enough time for transfers. I make sure you get from your hotel to your private tours to the airport without you having to worry how you’ll get from point a to point b. I can also help with passports and visas.

I started as a road trip planner and that is my passion. However, through all the trips I have successfully planned I find that high end luxury travel is also something I really love planning.
