Gaylene organized a high end, luxury trip to Rome and Greece for me and my family. Every detail was planned from the transportation to the awesome hotels she chose. She was available pretty much 24/7 for any issues or questions I had. One of the most helpful things, was that she put everything on a easy to use app so me and my family had access to all the tours, restaurant reservations and hotels.
